Three types of women that Real Men can’t resist!

A Woman Who Listens and appreciates

Most modern Women are little listeners but great talkers to men. Most of the times, a few minutes of attentive listening is all men really need. Men expect most women to want to talk and be inquisitive on silly things that don’t matter sometimes, rather than be willing to listen, If any man happens to meet a woman who listens with her eyes (looks at him with polite eyes while he’s talking) as well as her ears(paying total calm attention), they become ATTRACTED,. If she continues to listen and not take over the conversation, she’s the kind of woman that a man can’t resist and want to spend more time getting to know better. In fact, this is one of the best things a lady can do to attract any ‘real’ man on a first date. Real men like women who listen first and speak last, believe me even in deep feelings of a relationship a man will ever not trust or go on with a talkative woman who listens less, in times of mistakes men will always appreciate a lady who takes time to listen for an explanation and judge later in a humble voice followed by advice but not criticism, a real man will never fail to be attracted to a listening woman. The most common habit that is driving men far from ladies and make women unhappy and confused is the behavior of not appreciating.
Most women today will give thanks in a funny and demotion way like, ‘‘Hello dear, thanks for the ‘ka’airtime”, thanks a lot for your’ ka’contribution, etc.,( I always wonder why they can’t say contribution or airtime, they always have that “kathing” theorem which literally means “just small”) and after a while she will go on to ask for ivory as if she knows the man owns a farm full of herds of elephants and even when risk taken for a man to be an illegal hunter and gets the ivory still most ladies fail to thank decently & after a while most men will just run quietly after seeing all this, men will always love attractively a lady who will thank them even in times when they had no money for pizza but managed to buy a chapatti, men like to be appreciated either in big or small deeds, it makes them feel bold and mind peaceful which gives them the strength to cling on a lady sustainably for true reasons. Believe me or not ladies who have adopted a habit of appreciation at all times have fully kidnapped the hearts of real men and they can really tell that men have real love.

A Woman Who Dresses in decent Feminine styles (men are really visual)

Everyone knows that men are so much of visual. However, women often forget how helpless men become to what they see. The right visual stimulation can hypnotize any man. Unfortunately, women hear this and often become fearful. They mistakenly believe that men only notice perfect women. Forget perfect; In spite of what you read about in magazines, watch on TVs or hear over the radio men don’t expect a woman to be perfect. If you really want to be noticed by men, think colors, dresses which highlight your curves. Don’t dress to impress your girlfriends, but rather dress like you understand what guys like. Men basically like any woman who has that natural feminine adorable quality that can’t be resisted. It isn’t that men don’t find women attractive in pants, miniskirts etc. or when they are dressed comfortably – they just don’t notice them as easily. It doesn’t catch their eye like sparkly earrings, pretty colors or flowing dresses and long natural hair dos. A powerfully modern common dressed woman makes most men think of sex, or not remember or notice her at all. The more real smart feminine style a woman dresses, the more men she will attract for true sustainable reasons.

A Woman Who Smiles (more powerful than you might realize)

Did u know that a woman’s smile is magnetic infectious? A woman who smiles makes it easier for a man to respect and approach her by conveying an attitude of confidence & warmth. Since many women are fearful of giving men the wrong impression, they frequently hide-guard their smiles, If they only knew that smiling is one of the things real men can’t resist. Real Men often need some signal to tell that it is safe for them to approach a woman before they’re willing to risk introducing themselves (unless they are intoxicated). A woman who smiles will always pull the real man to love them and stay attracted to them for true reasons, the problem with the modern woman is that they create an artificial smile which emits negative signals but if a lady has that natural smile, it will always keep the man around for the right reasons in the right time, remember men like ladies who smile but not those who laugh.

WEALTH CREATION IN THE 21st CENTURY

th

Dr. Myles Munroe was an internationally renowned evangelist who preached that wealth and worship cannot be separated. He believed that a good Christian must make money to give to the Lord. in his life before he passed away a few days back he believed in that.

You may not agree with him on the relationship between worship and money, but it is hard to ignore his advice on how to create wealth and change the world.

During his three-day visit to Uganda in 2013, hundreds of people were stunned by his personal story of transformation from poverty to wealth, which made his advice more believable.

Born in one of the poorest suburbs in the Bahamas, Munroe rose to prominence as a preacher, motivational speaker, consultant and leadership mentor with a multi-million business empire.

“I was born poor, sleeping on the floor with cockroaches and rats. Today, I own my own jet. Everything I have is paid for. I am debt free; I open new businesses every year and mentor many people,” he said during the Business Forum organised by the Uganda Jubilee Network at Serena Hotel in 2013.

In his lecture titled: ‘Business Leadership in the 21st Century’, Munroe said setting principles is the fi rst step towards achieving success for any budding entrepreneur. “I will never be poor again because I have learnt the principles of business,” he asserted.

From his experience, principles matter even more than technical know-how. “I can say without a doubt that what I have accomplished is based on principles passed on to me by my parents. You should never build your life on facts or techniques because these often become obsolete,” he cautioned.

According to Munroe, the success of any business today will depend on its response to changes brought about by globalisation, communication, cultural diversity, technology and partnerships.

“For you to survive today, you must accept the reality of partnerships. If someone emerges as my competition today, I am not supposed to kill them, but marry them,” he stated.

“Do not curse a crisis; use it. Every business is a solution to a crisis. Develop the capacity to solve a problem and you will become a successful entrepreneur,” he said.

On unemployment, Munroe strongly discouraged the reliance on Government for jobs, describing it as ‘lazy thinking.’ “There is no such thing as unemployment in the world. What you call unemployment is what I call lazy thinking,” he said.

“The work of government is not to create jobs, but to create an environment for people to develop their own work,” he asserted.

Munroe discouraged employed professionals against relying solely on their jobs for income, urging them to instead create wealth using their unique talents. He also challenged aspiring entrepreneurs to develop and refine their expertise in a talent, idea, service or body of knowledge.

“When you refine your gift in an area, you become valuable; people seek you out and pay you,” he said. But Munroe also places emphasis on social stability and political transformation as one of the keys to successful business.

“If Uganda wants to grow as a strong and sustainable economy, you must make sure there is political stability and social peace at all costs,” he said. He notes that even the leastendowed individuals, businesses or nations can get out of adversity by identifying and exploiting their unique advantage.

He explained that his country, the Bahamas, with no known mineral reserves, still attracts over six million tourists per year, making it one of the best tourist destinations in the world.

“We have no gold, copper, uranium. All we have is water and sand. Our greatest available resource is our intellectual ability,” he boasted.

According to Munroe, a globalised market affects businesses in terms of competition and speed. He, however, argues that this also presents opportunities for a wider market and lower tariffs. On managing crisis, Munroe advised businesses to consider every challenge as an opportunity for innovation.

In a rather candid tone, Munroe emphasised that the Church and wealth creation should not be separated. “Poor people cannot tithe. Build the people and they will build the ministry,” he states, adding that clerics must build ‘a church of business people and lead by example.’

NEGATIVE ATTITUDES ARE CONTAGIOUS; ALWAYS BE POSTIVE

NEG

Every single thought you allow in your mind has a ripple effect on not only the way you act but the things you invite into your life. This principle applies to family, love, health, happiness and even work.

Today, I thought I’d talk about the impact of positive thinking and attitude on our working environment, our professional achievements and the success of our business.

The Poison of Negativity
Those who’ve been able to control negativity in their minds and focus on the positive have reaped the benefits: Happiness. Success. Love. And the list goes on.

The No. 1 rule that such people tell us over and over again is not to believe in limitation. Don’t give in to negative thoughts. Belief in limitation creates limitation. These false beliefs block motivation and harvest fear.

We all do it. It’s unavoidable sometimes. Every business has faced this at some point or another, whether it’s on a smaller scale or has become a part of the culture.“Not possible.” “I can’t.” These are all thoughts that literally make it impossible to be successful in your working environment. What I’m about to say might be cliché, but if there’s a will, there’s a way.

If you approach your business endeavors with an attitude of “I can” and “I will,” you can change the path of your success. You can even change the course of your company, the success of your clients and the colleagues around you.

Creating a Successful Working Environment

Sometimes the biggest challenge once you’ve mastered your own belief system, is rallying the people around you. This has been a challenge for professionals and leaders trying to create powerful teams for countless years.

How do you create success in an environment where you have all different types of personalities in one place who are experiencing different realities, while also sometimes dealing with the “system” you’re working in, and the perceived limitations your company, clients, whoever or whatever is opposing on you. Notice I said “perceived” limitations.
Roadblock

I’m not going to lie and say it’s easy. There are many factors that play into someone’s happiness with his or her work environment. But the change starts with you.

If you take responsibility for your own self, your own actions, your own work, your own attitude every single day, and you make it the best that you can, you are going to overcome roadblocks.

There’s no way you cannot overcome challenges when you take responsibility for being the best professional you can be.

If you ever feel frustrated with the people you work with, your clients, your boss, your company, you are allowing yourself to be dictated by things that really have no control over you. Once you give those things attention, once you give into the notion that things can’t change, they won’t change.

Make a vow not to accept other’s ideas of how things are, and pave the way of how you know it can be. No matter how big of a problem you are facing at work, the minute you believe that there is a solution, and that you are willing to take it on, your professional success will come.

“But the people I work with,” you say.

What if you’re in a poisonous work environment? What if you feel you’re at the end of your rope, there’s no way you can fix the system? You are totally convinced that you’re fine but the people around you are the problem.

Congratulations, you’ve just created another limitation for yourself. Leaders in their work environment will always seek to find a way to motivate people, to find solutions until something works.

And I’m not just talking about people in positions of leadership. Whatever role you’re in, take accountability. Make it have an impact.

Believing in Others, Too

A funny thing happens when you start to believe in your colleagues, your staff, the people you work with. (Yes, you are believing in them, not just yourself.)

No matter how inexperienced they might be, no matter how difficult they might be, no matter what the circumstances are, when you begin to believe that people can achieve, they start to believe in themselves. They start to achieve. When you reach out from a place of willingness, things begin to happen.

I speak from experience. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by people like this in my working environments.

I myself i have risen from a simple poor man’s son to a self driven man, I believe this was due to not only characteristics of my own, but also because certain people believed in me.

I was green. Very green. And trying to learn the success world as quickly as it was flying at me. But it didn’t matter to them. They kept giving me new challenges that they thought I could handle. And I did. I might not have believed that I could do it if I didn’t have the chance.

Then, when I became a manager, I was able to extend the support that I had learned to help people on my team grow. It became a positive chain reaction that continues to add value to the workplace. And it just takes one to start it.

The next time you have a negative thought about how something isn’t working in the workplace and in life don’t give it any attention. It’s that attention that fuels it.

Immediately replace it with a positive statement in your mind about who you are, what you’ve set out to do, what you believe in and what your goals for success are.

When you exude an attitude of enthusiasm and willingness, it can create immeasurable value to your workplace.

Lead by example. Do not underestimate the power of your person. But don’t forget the power of two or three or four people all working to create an environment of success.

When someone says “no,” you say “yes.” When someone says it’s impossible, politely smile as you think of all the ways you are going to make it possible. You are what you think you are. You are responsible for the success you create in the workplace and in life
